He has been on the Board of large companies and has been trustee for various trusts managing employee welfare money through NPS, Superannuation, gratuity and 401K plans. He has been instrumental in designing most tax efficient compensation structure for companies leveraging tax provisions, the retirement and other tools.
He, a vivid investor himself, has always been passionate in the space of personal finance and has conducted 100+ Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) for the welfare of corporate employees and public at large. He comes from a humble business family and is a true entrepreneur in his approach when it comes to helping clients and meeting their expectations. He is a socially responsible citizen leading many social welfare initiatives.
Devendra is a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA000004039) and provides investment advisory services to retail clients and family offices and has worked in the space of trading, investing, consulting and technology domains for more than 18 years.
Devendra has worked for corporates like Deutsche Bank, Stern Stewart & Co, SAP and Infosys. He has developed several algorithm based trading and investing systems for Indian Equity Market.
Devendra is a B.Tech. (Gold Medalist) from IIT-BHU, Varanasi and a MBA from ISB, Hyderabad.
Suresh Agrawal is a business professional with over 25+ years of corporate experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy and Operation. He has successfully established and ran high growth & large businesses, created new businesses in telecom, Internet, IT & FMCG industries. His obsessive customer focus enabled running innovative sales & marketing programs, successful advertising and communication campaigns, created multi-channel distribution and digital lead management & fulfilment channel.
Suresh is a technocrat, digital savvy, uses disruption as a way of business process re-engineering using technology and has hands-on experience across all phases of business including start-ups, turnarounds and diversifications.
Suresh is an Electronics Engineer (BIT) and a MBA (SPJain) and worked in leadership roles at Vodafone-Idea, Bayer, Balsara & CMC.
